Connect Financial's Billboard gets Noticed!
Connect Financial, a Tasmanian financial institution, has discovered the power of LED with the installation of a single line LED scroller on their advertising billboard in the heart of Hobart.
Computronics worked with Claude Group TAS on this project. The sign has generated a lot of interest and enquiries since it’s installation in January 2006.
The LED display scrolls ultra bright green 400mm high characters, making it visible at a distance of 300m. The sign is programmed remotely using the GSM modem network.
Connect Financial is a full-service financial institution, which services the Tasmanian community with a focus on state public sector employees, teachers, police, nurses and emergency service workers, and their families.
Tasmania's local financier now has a new form of marketing that will increase awareness, promote products/services and increase clientele. With the new form of advertising, they now have the perfect platform to display text messages, making it easy to provide information to their customers.
