Wagerup - Safety Display
Alcoa, the World leading producer of primary aluminium, fabricated aluminium, and alumina, has recently installed a new safety board on the entrance road to their Wagerup Refinery in Western Australia.
August 2006
The new safety board is the second for Alcoa and the first of its kind to utilise blue LEDs. The Pinjarra Refinery safety board was installed in 2005 (bottom photo on right).
The new safety board was custom made to Alcoa’s specific requirements.

Staff at Wagerup Refinery update the Safety Board daily with information on production, injury and safety messages.
